Measure your AQ
Operationalising Intersectionality. Six modules, about an hour and a half, and an honest self check of whether your organisation is ready to do the work. Your progress is saved, so you can stop and return.
About
A registered Australian charity and certified social enterprise. We build the knowledge, dialogue, evidence and opportunity that let people belong.
Our storyWhat we do
Four programs and the evidence behind them. Each one builds part of the infrastructure that lets people outside traditional structures be safe, connect and take part.

The learning platform Aurum Foundation shares with Just Gold. Aurum AQ is open now with Operationalising Intersectionality, a free overview course. The model policy library is open too: Just Gold's own handbook, published so any organisation can read it and adapt it. The Autistic Standard is available now and is moving onto Aurum AQ.

36 policies from the Just Gold handbook, published in full. They cover how Just Gold runs, how it looks after people, how it keeps people and information safe, and how it buys.
Each policy comes in three versions: Easy Read, plain language and the full text. Social enterprises, community organisations and small businesses can read them, compare them with their own, and use them as a starting point.
Adapt them to your own organisation and take your own legal advice. Every policy is free to read, copy and adapt for your own organisation. Please credit Just Gold as the source.
The Autistic Standard is available now and is moving onto Aurum AQ. Organisations that want team licences can talk to us now.
Free practical guidance for workplaces, schools, health services, community organisations and families.
Campaign assets, templates and toolkits are released through Autistic Pride Day each year.
